
A governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Get together, PDP, in Zamfara State, Ibrahim Shehu has been expelled for alleged anti-party actions.
In accordance with the expulsion letter signed by Hon. Aliyu Hassan, the celebration’s secretary in Mayana Ward, Shehu was expelled on account of anti-party actions opposite to Article 58(1) (a,b,c) of the celebration’s 2017 amended structure.
The letter said that the Mayana Ward Working Committee of the celebration took the choice efficient from January 2023.
DAILY POST remembers that Ibrahim Shehu was twice liable for the nullification of the celebration’s governorship major election.
All efforts by DAILY POST to get a response from Ibrahim Shehu, a member of the Federal Home of Representatives between 2011 and 2015, proved abortive.
In the meantime, the state chapter of the celebration claimed unaware of the event, saying it has not been notified formally by the ward, and that the allegations towards Shehu can be correctly investigated earlier than any motion is taken.
