Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has received the polling unit of a former governor of the state, Senator Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja.
Makinde, who’s in search of a second time period on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Celebration, PDP, scored 98 votes to defeat different candidates.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Teslim Folarin, scored 35 votes.
The gubernatorial and the state Home of Meeting elections had been carried out in all of the 33 native authorities areas of the state on Saturday.
