Nigeria Decides: INEC Chairman provides replace on BVAS

The Chairman of the Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee, INEC, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, disclosed that the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, carried out optimally nationwide through the presidential election.

Yakubu said this whereas giving an replace on Saturday on the Nationwide Collation Centre briefing in Abuja.
