Members of the police allegedly intimidate Motjeka Madisha’s family for violating Covid-19 protocols just after he was laid to rest.
According to reports, members of the police allegedly stormed Motjeka’s family home in Ga-Madisha village shortly after his burial for violating Covid-19 protocols.
Videos of the incidents has been making rounds on the internet showing armed police officers entering Madisha’s family home with riffles and threatening to arrest Madisha’s father.
The police service has confirmed to The Citizens that Motjeka Madisha’s father was arrested for breaking the Disaster Management Act and has since paid the fine after admitting he is guilty.
