Yvonne Nelson has said in a fresh radio interview that she has not had intimacy for two years since the arrival of her first child, Ryn Roberts.
The outspoken actress and filmmaker said it seems Ghanaian men don’t dig her because her attempts at establishing a relationship with them have proved futile.
According to Yvonne, she has tried many times to get close to some men, but they would simply not show care and love as she expects much to her disappointment.
She made this known when she was hosted in the studios of Kingdom FM.
Delving into a different entertainment news, Jonathan’ hitmaker, AK Songstress has said she is the only one who does authentic Dancehall in Ghana which invariably means what Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Jupitar and Epixode have been specializing in don’t qualify to be called as such.
AK who is becoming more of a singer lately and deviating from her specialty as a Dancehall artiste, made this controversial comment on the Delay Show hosted by Deloris Frimpong Manso.
“When I do something, I do it very well. That’s the kind of person I am. My dancehall music/ style, I can say, is above the Ghanaian industry as far as dancehall is concerned. And the kind of dancehall that those who took the lead showed the masses as dancehall is not what dancehall is about. I stuck to doing what dancehall should really be, which my people didn’t understand.”
She admitted that although her Reggae/Dancehall songs have not given her much prominence she still has a handful of fans.
“In the past 5 months, I’ve released two hit songs across the globe. I always say if songs are supposed to get to this roof, my songs have been at the light’s level. So I have not been too down because I have a lot of fans. But then I was waiting for that major breakthrough.”
