Delta governor-elect receives Certificates of Return

The state INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner Rev. Monday Udoh-Tom, offered the certificates at a ceremony in Asaba.

Udoh-Tom stated that the state didn’t file any inconclusive election in 2023 normal election.
