Charly Boy, the seasoned musician also called Charles Oputa, has criticised millionaire siblings Kcee and Emeka Okonkwo (popularly generally known as E-Cash) for associating with the controversial Chairman of the Lagos State Parks Administration Committee, Musiliu ‘MC Oluomo’ Akinsanya.
