Bossman, a Ghanaian living in Spain, has opened up about his previous life as an internet fraudster in Kumasi Ahwiaa Zongo.
When Bossman was exposed to the activity, he was 14 years old, according to him. He revealed that his father had a stroke, and as the eldest, he had to put more grease at this elbow to sustain the family.
In an interview with DJ Nyaami on ‘Daily Hustle Worldwide,’ Bossman revealed that he made money through criminal activities but quickly lost it all.
“I was one of the few guys who began the ’sakawa’ in the area and I made a lot of money. But at a point, I couldn’t focus on school anymore because I was already making the money. Even though I passed my WASSCE, I did not want to further the education because I was making the money,” he narrated.
“My parents had advised me to learn a trade or further my education but it was not beneficial to me. I could make over GHS10K in a day, why do I need education or a job.”
“I do not want to give birth for them to grow and realize that their father is a internet fraudster boy; that was my biggest motivation,” he said on SVTV Africa.
