Alicia Khunou Strikes Gold Again at CWYG
Team South Africa’s Alicia Khunou claimed her second gold medal in the women’s discus final at the Commonwealth Youth Games on Wednesday, 09 August 2023.
Khunou threw a distance of 49.53m to secure the title.
The young star grabbed her first gold on day 3 of Commonwealth action in the women’s shot put.
The Fast 5 Netball team also showed some class in their group, beating England 40-30 and Botswana 58-3.
