Abia folks have spoken – Orji Kalu congratulates Alex Otti

The Senate Chief Whip, Sen. Orji Kalu, has congratulated Chief Alex Otti of the Labour Get together (LP) on his victory within the Abia governorship election.

Kalu, in a goodwill message issued on Thursday in Abuja, applauded the political maturity demonstrated by candidates of all political events in the course of the election.

Whereas calling on Abia folks at dwelling and overseas to affix arms with the governor-elect in rebuilding the state for the betterment of the folks, he urged politicians to shun undemocratic actions.

In keeping with him, the collective pursuits of the Abia folks must be positioned above private ambitions.

“I congratulate Chief Alex Otti of the Labour Get together (LP), who emerged victorious within the final Saturday’s governorship election in Abia state.

“The folks of Abia State have spoken with their votes, and as such, Abians, no matter celebration affiliation, should rally assist for the governor-elect.

“Judging from his antecedents within the personal sector, I’m optimistic that Otti will carry to bear his administrative acumen in piloting the affairs of Abia State.

“I urge Abia folks to be steadfast, optimistic minded and peaceable throughout this era,” Kalu stated.
