2023 election: NNPP candidates, others defect to APC in Zamfara

Zamfara North senatorial candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Celebration, NNPP, Hon. Ibrahim Son-Allah Abubakar, together with the celebration’s candidate of Zurmi/Shinkafi Federal Constituency, Hon. Suleiman Garba Zurmi, has defected to the APC.

Of their separate speeches, Hon. Ibrahim Son Allah and Hon. Suleiman Garba stated they joined the APC due to the spectacular enchancment recorded in addressing insecurity of their respective constituencies by the Bello Matawalle administration which has introduced relative peace.

They assured to work laborious for the success of the celebration in any respect ranges.

Receiving them into the APC, Governor Matawalle stated Zamfara individuals are glad with the APC management below his watch that’s the reason lots of people are leaving their events.

He promised to maintain the tempo in his struggle towards banditry till a desired result’s achieved.

The NNPP candidates have been offered to the Governor by the state APC Chairman, Hon Tukur Umar Danfulani, on the Authorities Home, Gusau.
